ACCESSIBILITY
GovGuru wants this website to be usable by people with different abilities, technologies, and ways of navigating the web. Accessibility is part of clear public communication, and the site is reviewed with that goal in mind.
The approach
GovGuru uses recognized accessibility guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, as a practical reference. That work includes attention to heading structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus, color contrast, readable labels and instructions, alternative text, zoom and mobile behavior, and reduced-motion preferences.

Accessibility is an ongoing practice. Technology, content, and third-party website components change, and every barrier may not be identified immediately.
